Term and Conditions

Item Availability

Before placing your order, please contact us to check stock on the items you’re interested in purchasing. Most items found on our site are kept in-stock locally. However, on occasion items may be back-ordered and can take anywhere from one to six weeks to arrive. Items deemed "Special Order" may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. If a Special Order item is requested, the order cannot be cancelled. 

In-stock items can typically be scheduled for delivery or customer pick-up within 48 hours of purchase (during regular business days Monday-Friday, delivery schedule permitting).

In-Stock, out of state shipping orders leave the warehouse within 2-3 days! Shipping Estimates vary depending on item availability, weight, size, shape and number of pieces. Contact us for a shipping estimate today!

If an item is back-ordered you may wait until it arrives, substitute a similar item, or cancel the order and receive a full refund. On special order items, the order may not be cancelled.

If an item is discontinued, you may substitute for a similar item or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Special Order Items

Special Order Items are not typically stocked at the local manufacturer’s warehouses and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive. All customers must “click to proceed” in order to add Special Order Items to their online carts. If a Special Order Items are requested, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

You can contact us to check the estimated arrival date of any Special Order Item!

Forms of Payment

We offer a few different forms of payment. 

You can check out with either a Debit or Credit Card (the name on the card MUST match whomever will be receiving or picking-up the order).

Cash- Accepted in store. Cash on delivery is not available.

If someone other than the card holder is planning to pick-up or receive the delivery/shipment, the card holder must submit their photo ID to Sleep Collection Mattress prior to picking-up or accepting the delivery.

If the billing address of the card differs from the requested delivery address, the card holder must provide a photo ID prior to the scheduled delivery.

If the card holder does not submit their photo ID, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Photo ID’s can be send via email to homefurniture1050@gmail.com 

 Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Sleep Collection Mattress reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Sleep Collection Mattress reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). Sleep Collection Mattress reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at Sleep Collection Mattress’s sole discretion.

All phone orders are subject to our Returns and Cancellations Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. Placing an order over the phone is an agreement to the terms and conditions as presented on the site.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us immediately after placing your order, please call us at (714) 633-7533 to verify that your order is complete. "Pick Up" order confirmations will be sent informing you of when your merchandise will be ready for pick up.

Holding Purchased Items

After an order has been placed and scheduled for pick-up/delivery, the customer has seven days from the date of purchase to retrieve their merchandise, unless other arrangements have been made with a Sleep Collection Mattress Employee (delayed pick-ups/deliveries must be requested in writing i.e. via email). All merchandise MUST be picked-up/delivered prior to the end of the seven-day holding grace period.

If the merchandise is not picked up within the seven-day holding period, the item(s) will be returned to inventory and the customer will receive a refund minus a 25% re-stocking fee.

Sleep Collection Mattress is willing to hold merchandise for an agreed upon length of time if requested prior to purchase or during scheduling. Needing a delayed pick-up or delivery? Call us today and we will be more than happy to arrange one!

Local & Nation-Wide Shipping Returns & Cancellations

We understand that ordering furniture online can be intimidating. That's why we offer our 48-Hour Hassle-Free Return Policy!  If you order an item, get it home and decide it's not what you had expected, we will issue a refund, minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Delivery/Shipping and Assembly Fees are non-refundable.

Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

All returned items must be complete, odor, damage-free and unassembled in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. If a returned item is damaged or is missing pieces, the return or exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces. These costs will be deducted from the total refund.

If you're unable to return the product yourself, you may schedule a pick-up for the return. However, you will be responsible for the pick-up fee which will be the same amount as a “inside delivery” fee within your area. This fee will be deducted from the total refund.

The customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

If you are wanting to exchange your item(s), we will be more than happy to do so! All requests for exchanges must be made within the first 48-Hours after receiving your merchandise. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery or assembly fees if requesting another delivery or another assembly. The exchanged item will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

All exchanged items must be complete, odor and damage-free and unassembled in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange! If an exchanged item is damaged or is missing pieces, the exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces. We are unable to accept exchanged items without the manufacturer’s original packaging. No exceptions will be made. 

  • Item(s) already used and assembled or without original packaging does not qualify for the exchange and refund policy.

Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Nation-Wide Shipping Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are wanting an exchange, we will be more than happy to do so! The customer is responsible for returned shipping costs and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee after the items has been deemed eligible for an exchange (See above).

All exchanged items must be complete, unassembled, odor and damage-free and in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. If an exchanged item is damaged or is missing pieces, the exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces

Please save the manufacturers packaging for 48 hours after your delivery in case you decide to return or exchange an item. We are unable to accept returns without this packaging or items that are assembled. No exceptions will be made.

Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returning & Exchanging “Financed” Orders

Financed Orders are orders purchased through a third-party financing option; are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All financed orders are final.

After contracts are signed through third-party financing company, return policies outlined within those contracts and Sleep Collection Mattress Financing Policy, over-writes any existing contract agreed upon by the customer and financing party at the time of contract-submission, deeming the sale final.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We allow cancellation up to 12 hours after the order has been placed, unless the order has already been shipped by the manufacturer.

For this reason; Please review all the items, quantities and size in your shopping cart prior to ordering, and your email confirmation right after placing the order in order to avoid any problems. Because: Once an order is placed with us, our process is to submit the order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. When this is completed, we and thus the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow the return policy above.

  • Any exception to this cancellation policy will be solely at the discretion of our management. In the event that our management agrees to proceed with the cancellation of an order, the customer will responsible for a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price as well as any shipping and handling fees that may apply. In order for a cancellation to be addressed, the customer must submit the request in writing via e-mail to homefurniture1050@gmail.com Please note that only written requests for cancellation and only requests to this email address will be processed by us. Special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date at the request of the customer cannot be cancelled.
  • The Quinn's Home Collection reserves the right to cancel an order when we determine that we will not be able to fulfill your order. Upon such cancellation we will notify the customer and refund the full amount that has already been paid.

Local Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective, it must be reported to us within 48 hours or less after your pick-up or delivery.

Please inspect, assemble and check your furniture within the first 48-hours after the delivery for any defects, damage or missing pieces.

Original Packaging must be present in order for Sleep Collection Mattress to replace any defective, damaged or missing parts. No exceptions will be made.

If damage or defects are reported after the 48-hour time frame, the customer will be then being responsible for the replacement part’s cost; picking-up or paying a re-delivery fee for any replacement parts needed.

Customers are required to email a photo of damaged merchandise to Sleepcollectionmattress@gmail.com for a service authorization.

Nation-Wide Shipping Damage or Defective Items

We package all of our items well and on pallets so that they will arrive at your home safe and sound! NOTATE any damage of boxes on the delivery intake paperwork to start a shipping claim, if damages are not notated, Sleep Collection Mattress will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.

Customers are required to email a photo of damaged merchandise to Sleepcollectionmattress@gmail.com for a service authorization. We’re more than happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible!

Local Delivery Terms

We deliver Monday-Saturday, with after-hour delivery times available. Someone must be home during the agreed upon delivery time frame. If no one is present at the scheduled delivery time you will be subject to a re-delivery fee, which must be paid before the second delivery will be attempted. The buyer is responsible for re-delivery fees.

  • Delivery/Assembly fees are non-refundable.

If an order is cancelled because the buyer does not want to pay a re-delivery fee after a missed delivery, a refund will be issued minus the initial delivery fee and a 25% re-stocking fee.

Quinn's Home Collection "Proof of Delivery" must be signed by the person accepting the delivery.

Please make sure any old furniture has been removed prior to your delivery. The driver will not move existing items in your home.

If assembly is paid for and you would like the delivery service to remove any packaging (boxes, plastic wrap etc.) associated with your items, please be aware that returns or exchanges cannot be done if the original packaging is not present, making that sale final.

Customers can expect a call to schedule delivery for their order within 48 hours of purchase.

Local Pick-ups

All items may be picked up at Quinn's Home Collection in Orange, California during normal business hours.  A team member will call to schedule your pick-up. 

A proof of ID must be presented at the time of pick-up, matching the name on the order placed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

Warranty

Sleep Collection Mattress offers a limited 30-Days Manufacture’s Warranty on all of our items! If you have an issue caused by a manufacturers defect within the first 30-Days after purchase, we will gladly work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement part!  If defects are reported later than 48-hours after delivery or pick-up, the customer will be responsible for picking-up or paying a re-delivery fee for items that are being replaced. The warranty does not cover pieces that are damaged or broken due to customer neglect or misuse or improper assembly.

PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECT WITHIN THE FIRST 48-HOURS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE.

Sleep Collection Mattress will offer a third-party Extended Warranty option at the time of purchase through Guardian. These plans will vary based on the item(s) being purchased. All claims after the first 30-Days should be directed to Guardian.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sleep Collection Mattress or its officers, managers, members, employees, agents, successors, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates or third parties providing information on this site or via other channels, including but not limited to phone and email, be liable to any user of the site or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or loss of use) arising out of the use or inability to use the site or any information contained therein, including user content, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise, even if Sleep Collection Mattress has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages or losses.

You hereby acknowledge that the preceding paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Site or other channels. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Products are not rated for commercial use unless otherwise stated on the product description or confirmed in a written email.

Products are not rated for commercial use unless otherwise stated on the product description or confirmed in a written email.

Manufacturer warranties may be void if an item is used for commercial purposes but not rated for commercial use.  Items that are rated for commercial use will explicitly say so in the product description.

Chargeback and Debt Collection

Initiation of a chargeback or failure to pay for goods or services (delinquent payments of any kind) fully revoke any buyer protections that are provided by Quinn's Home Collection. Delinquent payments and unsubstantiated chargebacks will be treated as a debt and forwarded to a collections agency for full payment or recoupment of goods.

Authorized Users

When a user successfully places an order with a credit card and passes our security checks by confirming the Credit Verification Value (CVV) number and billing address, the user has agreed to our terms and verifies they are the authorized user of the card.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax for all sales we make in California. The prevailing tax rate in Orange County is 8.0%.

Notice to California Residents

California Proposition 65 requires that special warnings be provided when products contain chemicals known by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm if the use of those products may cause exposure to those chemicals above specific limits. These warnings relate to some but not all tools, lead crystal glassware, ceramic tableware, tiffany style lamps, and electrical cords. Please call us prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding the safety of these products.
