Sleep Collection Mattress offers two forms of Deliveries depending on your location!

We offer Local Delivery for our customers within the Orange County and Los Angeles Areas as well as National Shipping for our out of state customers!

Normal Delivery:

Normal Delivery consists of delivering the item(s) to the front door of your home or business. For apartments, your items will be delivered to the front of the building and it is your responsibility to be there to accept the order. There is no assembly or moving the item(s) to any rooms within your home or space.

White Glove Delivery:

Our white glove service will open the box(es) and place the item(s) in the room of your choice. Please INSPECT the condition of the item(s) and note any issues in the delivery receipt. Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered. In the event that you order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding any aspects of the delivery, please email us immediately at homefurniture1050@gmail.com or call 714.310.6920 for on-site resolution.

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

We deliver Monday-Saturday with after-hours times available. Please review the following Terms & Conditions in regards to our Local Delivery Service:

  • If the billing address differs from the delivery address, the Card Holder must submit a valid form of ID prior to the delivery date. No exceptions will be made.
  • If there is a “Missed Delivery” the customer is responsible for paying the Re-Delivery Fee prior to the second delivery attempt. If the customer refuses to pay the Re-Delivery Fee, a refund will be issued minus the Missed Delivery Fee and a 25% Re-Stocking Fee.
  • In the case a return is made, the customer will incur a $75 return fee
  • The “Proof of Delivery” form must be signed by whomever is accepting the delivery.
  • The delivery drivers will not move or remove existing furniture due to insurance reasons. Please be sure old furniture is moved prior to the delivery date.

National Shipping Terms & Conditions:                                        

Sleep Collection currently only distribute mattress protectors, bedroom sheets and pillows nationally to states within the United States. Our delivery prices only reflect deliveries within California as of current.

Accepting your Shipping Order:

When you sign for delivery with the Freight Carrier, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us immediately so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one as soon as the Freight Claim is finalized. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
