Local Return and Cancellation Policy

Local Return Policy:

We understand that ordering furniture online can be intimidating. That's why we offer our 48-Hour Hassle-Free Return Policy! If you order an item, get it home and decide it's not what you had expected, we will issue a refund, minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Delivery/Shipping and Assembly Fees are non-refundable.

Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

All returned items must be complete, odor, damage-free and unassembled in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. If a returned item is damaged or is missing pieces, the return or exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces. These costs will be deducted from the total refund.

If you're unable to return the product yourself, you may schedule a pick-up for the return. However, you will be responsible for the pick-up fee which will be the same amount as a “inside delivery” fee within your area. This fee will be deducted from the total refund.

The customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost.

Local Exchanges Policy:

If you are wanting to exchange your item(s), we will be more than happy to do so! All requests for exchanges must be made within the first 48-Hours after receiving your merchandise. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery or assembly fees if requesting another delivery or another assembly. The exchanged item will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

All exchanged items must be complete, odor and damage-free and unassembled in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange! If an exchanged item is damaged or is missing pieces, the exchange may be denied OR the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing or damaged pieces. We are unable to accept exchanged items without the manufacturer’s original packaging. No exceptions will be made.

Mattresses, Foundations & Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Local Damaged or Defective Items Policy:

If an item is damaged or defective, it must be reported to us within 48 hours or less after your pick-up or delivery.

Please inspect, assemble and check your furniture within the first 48-hours after the delivery for any defects, damage or missing pieces.

Original Packaging must be present in order for Sleep Collection Mattress to replace any defective, damaged or missing parts. No exceptions will be made.

If damage or defects are reported after the 48-hour time frame, the customer will be then being responsible for the replacement part’s cost; picking-up or paying a re-delivery fee for any replacement parts needed.

Customers are required to email a photo of damaged merchandise to Sleepcollectionmattress@gmail.com for a service authorization.

We understand that ordering furniture online can be intimidating.  That's why we offer our 48-Hour Hassle-Free Return Policy!  If you order an item, get it home and decide it's not what you had expected, we will issue a refund (minus a 25% re-stocking fee and any delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable). 

The customer is responsible for returned shipping to our store located in Orange, CA.

If you are requesting a refund, please contact us within 48 Hours after receiving your shipment.

  • All returned items must be unassembled, damage-free and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund!
  • Mattress & Foundations are not eligible for refunds.

Nation-Wide Shipping Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your purchase! If you are wanting an exchange, we will be more than happy to do so! The customer is responsible for returned shipping and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee after the items has been deemed eligible for an exchange.

  • All exchanged items must be unassembled, damage-free and in the original packaging to be eligible!
  • Please save the manufacturers packaging for 48 hours after your delivery in case you decide to return or exchange an item(s).  If an item is returned the original packaging must be returned along with the product.  We are unable to accept returns without this packaging or items that are assembled. No exceptions will be made.
  • Mattresses & Foundations are not eligible for exchanges

Nation-Wide Shipping Exchange/Refund Policy for Financed Orders:

“Financed Orders” are orders purchased through a third-party financing option. Financed orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All financed orders are final. After contracts are signed through third-party financing companies, return policies are outlined within those contracts and Sleep Collection Mattress "48-Hour, No-Hassel Return Policy" is then over-writes any existing contract agreed upon by the customer and financing party at the time of contract-submission. All orders are deemed final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Nation-Wide Shipping Damage & Defective Item(s) Policy:

We package all of our items well and on pallets so that they will arrive at your home safe and sound! If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can assist in getting you replacement parts quickly. If damages are not reported on the Freight Carrier’s Incoming Shipment Form, Sleep Collection Mattress will not be held liable for shipping damages. Inspect your boxes carefully, document any and all damages with the Carrier at the time of delivery. The insurance requires our customer to inspect all incoming shipments, so please:

  • Notate any damage of boxes on the delivery intake paperwork to start a shipping claim, if damages are not notated, Sleep Collection Mattress will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.
  • Deny the delivery all together, notating damage being the reason for denial. Please sign and complete the necessary form with your delivery driver.
  • Please notify Sleep Collection Mattress of any instanced listed above to expedite your shipping claim.
